Insight operates efficiently because our organizational structure is comparatively flat - layers of managers are not required to be briefed prior to senior management – so the decision making process is quick and the company uncommonly responsive. Individual responsibility and accountability is stressed. We believe that the quality of the decision is enhanced more through accountability than through consensus, and bureaucracy hinders our ability to respond to our customers quickly and effectively.
